Chain of Hearts Headband crochet pattern

The Chain of Hearts Headband crochet pattern makes a great gift when you’d like something cute that works up quickly. The easy to make pattern can easily be adjusted for size so it’s perfect for when you need to make headbands for each of your special Valentines.

This crochet pattern is also great for stash busting as it doesn’t require a lot of yarn. It is made with Lion Brand Basic Stitch anti-piling yarn which is perfect for this project since it won’t pill and leave fibers of yarn in your hair yet is still washable and won’t shrink. In fact, this yarn is unique in that any pills that form disappear after a wash cycle so your creations will look fresh even after several wears. It comes in a variety of colors, both solid and variegated, so you can make many color combinations.

I also had great success making the headbands with Lion Brand Coboo yarn. I love this yarn because it’s cotton and is so soft! In fact, you can use whatever yarn you’d like, just be sure to adjust the gauge as needed so that you get the correct length.

This pattern is written in US terms.
